About Us
Sydney Parkside Yoga provides tailored Mind-Body training to individuals, sports groups and corporations using a range of mindfulness meditation, breathing, yoga asana and functional movement techniques.
Core to our business is giving back to the community. We regularly do pro-bono work for the Westmead Children’s Hospital Bear Cottage, Camp Quality and provide free sessions at community events, such as Carers of the Disabled, Share the Dignity, Orange Blossom Festival, Legs out for Lymphoma, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night, Social Inclusion Day and Hills Relay for Life.
Our clients range from athletes to corporate warriors, from 5 star living retirees through to Mum's with bubs and everything in between. Although each client is unique and has different goals, everyone benefits from taking time to re-balance, engage and restore their bodies and minds.
Regardless of the event or class size, each session is specifically designed to meet the needs of the participants and provides 'take-away skills' for use in your everyday life.
